We now have people coming into our home to work with you every week. A physical therapist helps you stretch out and works on improving your movement. During your second year of life you started to speak! You said “NO!”. Your doctors laughed when you proved them wrong. “This was the little boy who was never going to speak”; they would say. So now a speech pathologist also comes to see you every week to help you learn to communicate. You also see an occupational therapist, who helps you learn to use your fingers and hands. You have fun working with all of these special people. They have become our friends. You play games and laugh but every day you work very hard to grow and learn new things. Your dedication is an inspiration for all of us.
